At CreaseStream we specialise in the bindery industry and as we have developed within this area, our dedication to perfecting the art of bindery has led us to have undertaken the challenge of creating a solution for combating fibre cracking with the Tri-Creaser production, a patented and fully operational tool that is now recognised worldwide within the litho and digital print industries.

Tech-ni-Fold have developed our own creasing matrix technology and the special patented rubber rib technology and applied it for use on rotary shafts of folding machines and other print finishing equipment.

The soft creasing ribs, housed in a multi-functional device,  gently manipulates and stretches the fibres producing a U shaped groove. The groove does not damage the fibres in the stock.

But what is the connection between Tech-ni-Fold and CreaseStream?

The founders of Tech-ni-Fold have formed a new company called CreaseStream, which has launched a range of portable finishing machines that incorporates Tech-ni-Fold innovation to achieve the very best in print finishing. 

Each CreaseStream model has been developed to suit the different workload production requirements found in the growing digital market and we have been in the planning and testing stage for three years. We have pushed our prototype models to the limit to ensure that CreaseStream met our exacting standards. Each CreaseStream machine provides faster quality creasing than rival options and has the ability to adapt to support the changing demands of a growing business.

We aim to produce five unique model solutions that will harness the very best finishing technology to deal with all areas of print each with competitive pricing.
