Tri-Creaser in action
A modified Tri-Creaser formula is incorporated into our CreaseStream series of machines, and was produced specifically to deal with the most sensitive of toner based, digital materials.
Once the super soft, yet resilient creasing matrix is inserted into the rotary creasing chamber, it gently begins to stretch the area of stock that is prone to cracking, without causing damage. The rotary action of creasing matrix working in combination with a set of grooving, creates the desired depth and style of crease that is relevant to the job in hand, so cracking isn’t allowed to happen..
The creasing results are comparable to high quality compact creasing, the major differences are that our creasing machines have more available options built in (up to nine crease styles) and can produce up to ten times faster
