The CreaseStream mini is our entry level creasing machine, and is perfect for low-volume, short-run creasing and micro-perforating. This simple manual unit uses Tech-ni-Fold's patented Tri-Creaser technology to eliminate fibre cracking.
Don't be fooled by the simple design
The Mini is a great example of "less is more." The intentionally low-tech design can deliver up to three times (or more) the output of most low-end hand creasers. And the price is kept low because there are no motors or complicated electronics or software.
The CreaseStream mini is unique in that it produces a minimum of 2 matrix crease impressions at the same time, with unmatched accuracy and precision, eliminating any trace of fibre cracking, even when processing sensitively printed digital stocks.

The CreaseStream mini relies on a simple rotary operated handle, which the user turns to advance the sheets through the tooling shafts. Once the paper guides are set you can hand feed without any hassle, no alignment problems, the crease/perf register is perfect, from the first sheet to the last.
Our design has the ability to adapt to varying work demands - As well as the standard double crease version we have the Spine & Hinge Creaser option that applies 4 close proximity creases simultaneously, this is ideal for forming the spines of perfect bound book covers and similar items such as wallets/folders etc.

The CreaseStream Mini has completely transformed how I used to crease my order of services and wedding cards. It was a tedious task trying to align 280gsm card in position to apply 2 creases, now I can produce both accurately and simultaneously, with much better speed. The quality of crease is the same as before, hence no cracking, but output is much, much faster.
Although my new CreaseStream Mini has a rotary handle to drive the sheets through, it is more efficient and versatile than anything I have seen in this price range and the back problems I used to suffer operating my previous model has disappeared.
