Guillotine quality cutting option

The CreaseStream plus can apply simultaneous creasing and micro-perforating with the bonus of trimming the sheets as well. The cutting tool produces long lasting guillotine quality trimming so that you can produce 2 up or even 3 up copies (cutting tool is optional) All multiple applications can be added, without affecting speed of output.

We believe the CreaseSteam plus will offer the best value in post production finishing for light through to heavy weight materials.                      

Precision is guaranteed by the special pre-cylinder transport roller, which ensures the accurate transfer of the fed sheets to the tooling shafts, this feature also increases feeding consistency.

Vacuum free feeder

We also developed our own special feeder without using a vacuum pump, which works like magic on light/ medium and heavier weight materials, regardless of how fast you run the machine. 

And there will be no fibre cracking.

The modular design allows for extra finishing applications to be added, including the in-line folding unit - FoldStreaminline.
