The CardFolder with its large diameter fold rollers delivers a flatter product

The CardFolder enables you to create 5-fold types including the most common half, letter or Z folds. The fold is achieved by the combination of manually adjustable fold plates and large-diameter rubber rollers. This simple but revolutionary solution allows you to create one of the most in demand products in the world of low-production digital presses, i.e. producing professional folds on all kinds of stock up to 350gsm.

For once, a finishing system which brings the sheet feed and fold function into harmony, utilising simple colour-coded reference points. Aesthetic templates are supplied for all the major fold types and sheet sizes, which correlate with the colour-coded folding unit to enable immediate and fault-free machine make ready. From sheet feeding right through to delivery, with fibre-crack eliminating creasing applied at the heart of the operation, all the setting are worked out for you. Simply follow the steps to get perfect creasing and folding, at up to twice the processing speed of other automatic creasing systems on the market.
